Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of MyToolIQ. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
MyToolIQ lets registered users generate, test, save, share and embed calculation tools created from prompts. Features and limits depend on your plan.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into this agreement.
3. User content and responsibility
Tools are created by users. The results they produce are informational and do not constitute professional, financial, tax, legal or medical advice. You are responsible for the tools you create and publish, and for verifying results before relying on them.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the service to create misleading or unlawful tools, to attempt to break the execution sandbox, or to disrupt the platform. We may suspend accounts or remove published tools that violate these terms.
5. Plans and billing
Free and paid plans have usage limits described on the billing page. Paid subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation stops future renewals.
6. Warranty and liability
The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyToolIQ is not liable for indirect damages or for decisions made based on tool results.
7. Changes
We may update these terms as the service evolves. Material changes will be communicated through the service; continued use after changes means acceptance.
